Spoke a few minutes ago to Josh Norris at the Sarasota Dealership which is Wilde Smart Center of Sarasota.
Their showroom is open and they have 1 smart on display.
According to him they have not yet recieved the names or order of reservations. He indicated they are expecting to recieve reserved cars as early as the 10th of Jan or as late as the 17th. He further indicated that the cars are at the port in Baltimore and have been held up for final emissions testing.
He believes and expects that each car delivered to him will have a specific reservationists name attached to it and that they will be making their initial calls as soon as they recieve confirmation of the names and reservations or as soon as the cars are delivered.
He did not say how many cars they are expecting in January.
