Here are a couple photos from yesterday. All-in-all the delivery and paperwork process was fairly painless. They had everything ready when we showed up, just signed the paperwork, and we were done. Ryan did a great job showing me everything on the car. I put on 21 miles yesterday, but did not drive it today cause it snowed (and my insurance agent hasn't confirmed I'm covered) so I didn't want to risk it. For anyone interested here is how the numbers came out:

MSRP $18,535
Doc Fee $279
4 Year Warranty $695
All weather mats $49 (installed in car)
Normal mats $65 (in box, ready for spring)
Chrome package $399 (on order, no ETA)
Chrome fog lamps $120 (on order, no ETA)

Total $20,142
Deposit -$99

Grand Total: $20,043

Ok, I just talked to Ryan. My car is here and ready for pickup. Tried to get me this weekend, but didn't try too hard, I guess.

I believe I sat in your car Saturday when I went down to the dealership to decide what color to configure with.

YAY!! I just got back from picking up my car. I talked to Ryan this morning, and then arranged to pick it up this afternoon. Delivery went fairly smoothly, but TJ kept me entertained and showed me all of the features (including the tricky engine compartment latch) while the previous delivery was being finished. TJ, Ryan, and Ski were all great to work with!

No real issues driving back. The only thing that was annoying is the CD Player. On a disc where there is no breaks between tracks (like a Live Concert recording), the player would insert a second or two of dead space between each track. It got a little annoying, but otherwise, the sound was great.

What options did you get? I'm trying to configure and come up with $18,535.
I thought the bogus doc fee was $259.

Congrats on your new ride! You look pretty excited!

I questioned the MSRP on mine, until I realized that it includes a Destination charge of $679 (I think). Subtract out the destination charge to get the configuration price.

Wow, Vlad! You got the works! I just got the base Passion. Guess I'll buy at least an extra year warranty. My mayor's wages won't cover my car payment, so I didn't add on anything.

Vlad, for the about same money you could have gotten the comfort package and had heated leather seats and rain sensing windshield wipers. The comfort packake has heated leather seats, power steering, rain sensing windshield wipers for 850. Also, I licensed my car yesterday. Must have been the first one in the state to do so as they had to call to Lincoln. The computer would not accept it. It all worked out.
