I have confirmed with the dealer's Sales Manager via e-mail.

It was the site of the Pittsburgh invitational demo. And its 2 blocks from a BMW/Mini dealership and one block from an exotic import dealer. Lots of very nice vehicles packed into a short walk. I've spent a few lunch breaks there
