I am a 1375. I reserved a Smart Pure in October of 2007. I had read that you could wait up to 18 months, so I didn't really question it when I was never contacted. However, my neighbor received his Smart Cabriolet the other day, and he reserved in Feb. 2008. I never received a config email, not even in my spam folder. I called Smart this weekend, and they said something must have went wrong, so I configured today. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem, and if so, will I have to wait 6 more months for my car? Considering I didn't get the first configuration email, I feel like it's their fault that I wasn't able to configure long ago. Why doesn't Smart call or send a letter???
