I resr'vd 04-20-08. Got config email today 01-02-09. Where do I find config number?? last dde says nov-09 to jan-10.

I reserved May of 2008

Configured Jan 7th 2009

Have no clue where to find DDE number. I received an e-mail confirming my order and was told to wait to hear from the dealer but nothing yet. I'm going to partial wrap mine for my martial arts business so I'm in no huge rush, but its like CHRISTMAS waiting for the little thing......

I placed a reservation on May 22, 2008 and configured on December 26, 2008 and have DDE now of February 2009 to April 2009 a few weeks after configuration. If I get my car in March I'll have waited 10 months and if I get it in May it will be 12 months. I was expecting 18 months from reservation as I was quoted after placed reservation by dealer so it's hard to say but still there is going to be quite a wait no matter what happens.

I think its interesting that some people haven't even configured yet have a DDE number. Not upset with anything, just curious.....

i just got my "configure your smart" e-mail today but unlike some i have no reservation(?) # to help me with DDE. i have looked at both e-mails and cannot find but a six figure password to do the configuring at the website.
i reserved mine in early summer of '08 and was very surprised when these e-mails came in. ie, production order? i was putting away my $$ for mid-2010 delivery!!! am i to have such good fortune in south arlington, va?

Especially for CA.
Have you configured yet? I would call smart if you haven't.

I have configured. Supposedly the ship was to come in 1/25 however it never arrived. Now delivery is expected in April, maybe.
