I reserved on 04/01. I configured on 11/9 and am an 1186. I am assigned (assuming as it's the closest and they say so as well) to Universal City in L.A.
Today I received an email stating:
Dear smart Enthusiast
You may contact us at 1.800.762.7887 for the procedure for adding and deleting options from your configuration.

I called as I was confused......I spoke with Jason and he was able to verify my reservation and configuration. I told him were they calling to see if I really really really wanted what I had ordered and he said no, he did not know why I got this. I said, well if I wanted to make a change (like delete the PS), would I go to the end of the line and he said no, it would delay your delivery by a month.
I will call this Michelle Fenner tomorrow. Who wants to bet I get a different answer?
