Don't feel bad, many Canadians came south to drive a 451 in the states. The test drives were here before any 451s were available in Canada.
For those close enough to travel to Canada, you will probably get to go on a longer, less controled test drive. These test drives will probably be put on by the dealer for the purpose of taking orders and deposits so they may have restrictions like a Canadian drivers license. It would certainly be worth a phone call or at least an e-mail.
