It will exceed all projections in succeeding years as well. IMHO the big difference is the cachet behind the Mercedes name. If Honda or Toyota branded the car it would not have been as successful so far. The fact that they have added some luxury features at a reasonable cost speaks to the fact that the majority of orders are for loaded vehicles.

Now if only there were factory cruise, homelink, sync, air cooled seats, and a turbo diesel we would be in hog heaven.
