SMART Training in December

So, even though we have not made a huge deal about being a SMART dealers, here at my dealership, I have been chosen to represent the SMART car line in the Service department and I am looking forward to it!

I am being sent to training next week with the 3 of our sales staff up North.
( Couldn't they have picked somewhere warmer... LOL )

Just thought I would share and expect that I will come back with answers for as many of the questions I see being asked and discussed here daily!

Congr, Hope you can bring us more update & news to satisfy our desires for more. Good luck. BTW, keep everyone up during your 3 weeks of training. I think it is going to be fun and educational.
