In today's mail-- safe and smart campaign

Today I received a form letter and handout cards from Dave Schrembri regarding the smart fortwo's safety mangement systems.

This will come in handy for times when a little lady came up to us last summer at the Prosser meet and explained how the plastics cars were falling apart on the highway, or last weekend when a guy explained that his motorcycle would rip right through our cars if he t-boned us. I know-- what were they drinking.

So these will be handy, and thanks to Dave and smart USA for providing them.

As an aside, I am befuddled that they remembered me recently with an anniversary card and today with this safety campaign... yet I have never received the 2.0 program notice. Any way...

So now I have to head out and spread the word...

I'm surprised too; They remembered my anniversary date and I received the smart is safe pack a few days ago. But, I had to call to schedule for my 2.0 upgrade, never got any emails or mail notifications.

I received my anniversary card and a letter about the upgrade to 2.0 but not the one on safety.

Safe and Smart letter from Dave

I don't expect to se a 2.0 upgrade letter. I was one of the last to get an 08 and since its a roll out program I would have expected to have been one of the last to get the letter. Since I got the upgrade as one of the first in town and they have my Vin recorded as having it done I realy don't expect to get the letter.

SO far I got my smart Evergency kit, and this letter as well as an invite to my dealers 1 year celebration. I havent hit my 1 year yet so I havent recieved the "Atree has been planted" letter yet
