I haven't received the Safe and Smart letter...

Used my first Smart Safety Flyer today. A business man asked me if I was afraid to drive in such a small car. Replied that it was much safer than his vehicle and quickly gave him one of those flyers. Didn't stay to see his reaction.

I got both my Safe & Smart mailers but not both of my survival kits.

They need a link or request service to get all the media information. Would love to have a stack of them so I can just hand out all the info.

All those things should be available at your local smart center, Just stop by and pick some up to hand out. That is assuming it not 2 hrs away

I'm looking at about an hour each way, and have never seen any mailings from Smart. Nothing about the upgrade, but it was done at my 10K service (on my 08) and that's about it. I still have a few 08 brochures I hand out but even those are getting low. Guess I'll have to run up to Bloomington and visit with the crew again! They are sure nice up there!!

We've gotten nothing.

When did you guys that DID receive this take delivery of your cars? I know that 'shadow' here in Indiana took delivery of his in Dec '08 and he got one, but we took delivery at the end of Jan '09 and have NOT gotten one.

Mine came in the mail last week and were appropriately filed with the rest of the recylables.

Do they really expect the average owner to go around handing out their marketing materials for them? If someone asks me an intelligent question, I am happy to answer it, but I'm not going to start doling out marketing materials. To the average man on the street you will just appear like an over zealous nut job.

Someday some jerk is going to badger you about how unsafe you car is and will wish you could just hand them the information because anything you say will be ignored and not worth the breath.
