Why are you guys being confused about the numbers cited?

It clearly cites the smart's EPA numbers and costs as 33/41 and $16,990 (both right) AND then the
runner-up Mini Cooper's numbers as
28/36 and
$24,550, again both right. The 28/36 wasn't a reference to the smart, it's to the Mini Cooper. Why is this confusing?
