Warranty Announced Yet?

Maybe I didn't look long enough in this forum, but has the warranty been officially announced yet? I've read two articles in the last week that refer to a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty with a 3 year/36,000 mile upgrade option. That true? Has anyone seen this on their website or through a quote? If announced, have they explained how "out of area" purchases will be handled on warranty? Thanks if anyone knows this yet.
