What number are we up to for the config email?

That's the last I heard too. I'm sitting on 1268 and haven't seen any movement in two weeks. I believe it's about to start up soon. IB told me the process will continue as it has in the past even though dealerships are open or opening. That's fine with me. Hopefully it will maintain the order of things.

I'm 1256 in CT and haven't heard anything. Anything at all. No response from my emails to smartusa either. I have found this whole process completely frustrating. No one can say anything for sure, when you call the reps on the smartusa number they know nothing. My dealer had an open house on Saturday (1/12), they didn't even have any literature to pass out. All they had were 2 demo cars in the showroom (really nice too!!). The sales people knew nothing, literally. As far as I'm concerned this is a marketing nightmare. I just want an idea of when I'll be getting my car, or even if at this point. No financing information, either. If it wasn't for this site, I would be completely in the dark!

In early December they had pretty much gone sequentially up into the 12 -teens and 20's, but then there were a few that jumped higher (1229, 1233, 1249), including 1266 (in Florida). Hopefully things will start moving again this week!

May number 1248. I have not anything either. I have sent emails three or four times only to get the standard response that they are following the order in which the reservations were recieved.

Heard nothing and in trying to contact them thru their Seattle Dealer Website results in returned e-mail. Their information section doesn't accept nor recognise local zip codes nor even the state of WA. Hopefully they may get it together.

We have a 1244 and 1262 here in harrisburg, PA. Nothing yet. I do believe the emails will now go out based on the allotment to the dealer to which we are assigned.

I'm in CT also - Redding. I just reserved about 2 weeks ago so I don't expect to hear anything for a long time. But I have to believe that they'll start increasing production once the first fews cars hit.

The site was launched on Saturday and still has some bugs. My email is now working esmith@smartcenterseattle.com
