so we have people who reported with a #1231 getting a config notice on 12/15 AND we have people before that number not getting any contact But
BillC #1229 called yesterday 12/15 and was sent a email that same day which means that group should have gotten one
I just took a chance and called the 800 number in the middle of writing this post. I was surprised that customer service WAS working on Sunday! However they were not very helpful. They could find me in the system but could not confirm my specific information. I told them about the information above. They said yes I was in the group that would get notified in a week or so. I told them specifically of BillC's experience (without naming names of course) who has my same number and they said again they can't see the specific info and I would be getting a notice in a week or so. The cust service rep didn't sound too confident from my perspective, didn't seem to understand what the reservation number meant and seemed wishy washy. I will make another call tomorrow and I will call every day until I get my email invite *inserts evil laughter*
