The video is current and a small write up was in today's Crain's Chicago but refers to a company called smart car midwest
http://www.smartcarmidwest.com/ that appears to be grey marketing previouse generation smart cars.
From all that I can tell, these are not the current generation, and if he has actually been getting $24,000 for a coupe, I imagine his selling smarts is about done since you can now get one for about 1/2 that.
