got smoked by an M6

I went for a cruise with some Mercedeses and BMWs.

They were all pretty enthused to see the smart.

Yes, they all liked the smart and commented how my car probably gets more looks than any of theirs.

I had driven the smart up to Chicago on Saturday. I was averaging about 75 mph on I-65.

The video clip was taken on my way back to Indy on I-65.

I'm not sure who made the avatar, but I saw it as someone's on another forum so I borrowed it to use here. I think it's a lemming. It always makes me smile. I have a larger version of it in my cubicle.

I'll bet all 10 cylinders were pumping their darndest before to outrunning the smart.

I think the cameraperson's candid comment beats all.

The M6 was a really nice car with its rumbling exhaust. The cars were all AMG or M cars so I couldn't keep up with them when they decided to squirt ahead. However, at the toll booths I caught them and there was a lot of traffic at times so they never got out of sight for me. It was a fun cruise with everyone meeting up to drive around and get lunch together.

The next time they have a meet, I'll post here to see if anyone wants to join.
