I don't know of any additional in my area. If I do, I will try to get them to join in on this forum. Maybe we can sometime meet somewhere to talk and get first time impressions and look at each other's cars.
smarticus, I just got a call today from the dealer in Tulsa informing me that my car was ready for pickup. I figure your friend in the office next door is going to pick his up as well. I won't be going till Saturday. What model and color did your friend order?
He ordered an all black cabrio...exactly like mine. The only difference is his is already there and ready to go. Because of work, he is apparently going to go up on Saturday also. I found out tonight that possibly our offspring go to the same institute of higher learning and seem to know each other. If not, there will be a fourth smart in the area.
I'm from Conway. My mom and I both ordered black Passions but hers has the black tridion and mine is silver. We probably won't get ours for awhile since she reserved hers on November 10th and mine on January 24.
Well, I'm bumping this back up to the top to see if any more Arkansans have received their smarts. I know that smarticus has now received his (it was a pleasure to talk with you smarticus at the dealership in Tulsa, hope your drive home in the wind was not too rough). I have just had my 10k mile maintenance check completed (boy do those miles rack up fast). I think we are getting enough now in Arkansas to think about meeting somewhere for dinner to get to know everyone and talk shop. Also I believe that JustNameMe is in for a short while and has hers. I'm game to meet somewhere if we can all decide on a time. Any interest?
