Honestly I don't even know in which category we fit. Maybe South, maybe East, maybe SouthEast or maybe just Caribbean, but I'm guessing that we can fit under South Region, just cuz Florida is under this category.

Well, like Hawaii is in "West Coast", I thought that PR should be in the "South". But if you want, we can create an "Offshore", or whatever...

South Region works just fine...

I guess that creating an Offshore Chapter is going to limit the chapter to just two members (Hawaii and PR). haha
