Has anyone else noticed an explosion of Smarts now? I saw a black/black a few weeks back, then passed a red/black (cabrio) yesterday, parked near a blue/black at Kohls yesterday, and saw a white/silver and blue/black today. Seems Baker's had a recent influx, perhaps?

As an added aside, no one else seems equally as excited to be passing a sibling - I excitedly honk and wave my hand to no similar answer...

I have only seen one other Smart....met a Red/Black similar to mine on North Rhett between Hanahan and Goose Creek several weeks ago.

I just got back from the Netherlands...saw a few of the older Smarts and one Smart forfour. Had the opportunity of driving a Alfa Romeo six speed sedan; take my Smart anytime.

I'm not sure but sussura may have seen my white/silver smart as I was all over Mt. P that day. Only other one I've seen was a red/black heading into Town Center that worked its way next to mine for a passing chat.

Am in Myrtle Beach for the week and saw a blue/black smart in N. Myrtle Beach on 17 near Home Depot. I honked, they honked, we waved and then traffic moved us apart and I turned. Been following your thread and wondering if there were any this far north from Charleston. Since I come down here from time to time I will watch for any meets in this area.

Im down in Beaufort,SC and Baker is my dealer. My DDE is Dec 08-Feb 09. I have seen 2 smarts down here a black coupe and a red cabrio.

Thanks. I always keep my eyes out for smarts around town. I saw a yellow/black coupe pass today when i was at work.

I also have a question. How much are you guys/gals paying for your smarts?
