Hello everyone,
This is Kristin Gracy, Brand Specialist with smart center Knoxville. We are expecting to receive 21 cars this month and 35 next month. We are currently in the process of calling/emailing customers that smart sent to us to let them know their car's status. We have A LOT of traffic with people coming in to see the cars and ask the same questions and take test drives. We love talking to everyone, but with myself and Laura, the other brand specialist who works part time, we are having difficulty responding to everyone. We are currently adding another brand specialist. I understand everyone's frustration with not getting answers to their question about when their car will be here because as a dealer, we don't know until smart contacts us with the customers information. We are doing our best to respond to requests from smart to send potential customers brochures, schedule test drives, answer questions about their order, servicing needs, prices, models, etc. I think the response far exceeds anything anyone ever expected from these cute little cars and we are adapting to that by adding staff and educating the public. I look forward to getting our photos posted on the gallery and getting to know some of you. I already know Mr. Russ Barnes, my first smart delivery. I was a little nervous going through my first delivery, but he made the process easy and comfortable, thank goodness. Now I'm a pro with 17 deliveries under my belt!
