My dos pesos - He had pics and info of the pickup of his vehicle Wed night. Gotta give him props - he was at the head of the line. Why should anyone care of he sells the vehicle now that he is the owner? Its a free country. Its a capitalist country. He bought it - he can sell it. No one else should care.

If he has signed the purchase agreement with the dealership, and they have also signed, I don't really think they can do much, nor should they. I think orphans will be plentiful and the "flip this car" idea won't work.

You are right Peddlecar however the question is how many are ready, willing and waiting to adopt. I have a feeling there are many more willing adoptors than cancellors.

On Jan-17-08 at 07:45:38 PST, seller added the following information:

As per SMART requirements, the vehicle will be purchased as new by myself and then resold to you the auction winner. Therefore, the vehicle will be sold as a used unit. The only mileage on the vehicle will be transporting it from the dealer to my residence (about 20 miles).
