3 people want to ride with me in my car at once?

I was attending a funeral of a co-worker's ex-husband and 3 other women from the office were also going, they all wanted to ride to the church with me in the smart car.

I told them I only had room for 1 of them since I was driving. I don't know how they worked it out, but one rode with me to the funeral and a different one rode with me from the funeral. No one said how they decided between the three of them and I wasn't asking!

hmm, I wonder how the rear area would hold up to a person sitting back there.

3 can be done.... but you better know them well!

On one of my kayak trips this summer, Scott,my brother-in-law, had a friend that wanted to join us. Took his suv with two yaks and my smart with one yak on the rack and roll trailer. Dropped of the three boats and the suv at the starting boat launch. Max, our smart was waiting at the end launch with the trailer. The plan was that we would do the paddle, leave Scott's friend go get Scott's suv and return to pick up Scott's friend and extra boats. Well.... we were a little tired, its was getting late and Ray, the friend didn't really enjoy the idea of feeding the bugs while waiting for us to return. Knew the three boats would fit on the trailer... the only thing left was what about three guys in a smart. Ray ended up sitting on Scott's lap for the trip to the other launch. btw we are all fairly large guys in our 50s. Was some glad we took the back roads as I didn't need any traffic violations which I'm sure we deserved. I think Scott would have enjoyed the ride more if he had brought one of his female friends thou not sure what his wife would say.

I had the same thing happen to me once. A cute couple wanted me to give them a lift (from one bar to the next). Happily it was a warm night, and I have a cabrio, so I opened the top and they both sat in the passenger seat.

One could sit in the seat and the other two could sit in the back and hang their heads out like my german shepherd likes to do
