4smartcar parts is saying that i did not pay them for the radio adaptor parts i received and have had for a month now. i loged on to e-bay and the alerts were there. they turned me in for no pay and have screwed up my good e-bayer standing. it did take me awhile to hunt down the transaction. i have the confirmation # from them and the parts already. i found the payment on my visa account for the amount that i paid them and the same date i made the order. and the statement says there name.

just wanted every one to know what is going on with them.

i don't like it one bit

With the amount of upset customers I can't believe they are still a supporting vendor here.

Hopefully you can send your proof of payment to eBay and get your standing restored. As for the vendor, if your credit card statement shows they got paid then their beef is with the credit card company, not you IMHO. Good luck.

Yea, that would be my first question to THEM? The way I look at it, if you have the parts, YOU PAID FOR THEM!

okay i go back ion town last night 4smartcar said i did not check out right.

humm i rechecked. they say all of there payments go threw paypal. well i had to use my credit card on there site as that is were ebay sent me after i comited to by. i try ied it again last night for the same part. ELIE said it doeas not work that way. well on there site it does. and i have no dealing with them on my paypal account at all. just on my visa statement.

any way. something is not right on the site i have contacted ebay and they are checking in to it. 4smart car all they can say in 5 emails now that is it is all me they do not make mistakes.

any way i will not deal with them any more.
