90 day window of anticipated delivery!

Only days to go to see if this will happen. I just thought I'd plant this for all to watch if SmartUSA comes thru. Her's a quote from my Jan 18 update:

"For all other Reservation Holders, we are working diligently to provide you with a 90 day window for your anticipated delivery, based on assumptions available at that time. This information should be available by the end of March."

I called them yesterday and a lady named Shaina at smartUSA mentioned "in 3 weeks" they would have this tool available that would provide a 90 day window of locating the status of a reservation". I said "three weeks, that would take us to April and not the promised end of March" as we have all been told. The lady said yes it may take now till April because of some problems beyond their control that she would not elaborate on. So guys and gals, that made me pretty upset and I made her aware of my disappointment with this lack of information. So let's all cross our fingers that this tool would hopefully come out as scheduled. I hate to be a pessimist but just looking at their past track record like the 30 day notices that went longer than promised to a lot of reservationists, it's not to looking too good.

Let's hope Shaina is full of it......I have a tough time taking word of mouth from a phone call (no offense diego)when I have it in writing. But this won't be the first time people have been let down.
P.S. My insurance agent re-worked my figures for a Yaris and they aren't much diffferent than the fortwo.

LOL, no way my friend. As you've probably read above, Shaina was the rep who spoke to Diego. I'm just hoping she gave him a little white lie to get him off the phone. I got spring fever to buy a car and the race is really close now. I gotta hang on but.....it's...really....hard.

Update as of today Vol. 13 Smart Newsletter holding true to the statement...... "For all other Reservation Holders, we will provide you with a 90 day window for your anticipated delivery. This functionality should be ready for you to use by the end of the month. Exact login instructions will be sent to you by March 31." Let's hide and watch.
