$99 Reservation?

I see no mention of the $99 reservation on the smart USA website. Did they do away with the program?

I think it's pretty much walk in at this point - if they dealer doesn't have it they can get it for you. You can still configure a car at smart USA - open your mind to the car that challenges the status quo - don't know if that requires the $99 or not.

Most likely. They would rather do away with existing inventory rather than have you order one from the factory.

Call your local dealer, tell them what you want, and they will see if they have it or can get it from the docks

yea, with smart centers having cars out their wazoooo AND with so many at the POE to distribute at the drop of a hat, why WOULD they continue the reservation process?

less than 6 months away for the launch of the Fiat 500 here in the States and so far no reservation system in place. then again, they are making the cars on this continent (Toluca Mexico) rather than in Europe or Asia.

They sold their $99 program to Nissan and now they are doing it. Hurry up and get your Leaf before they are all gone.
