$99 Reservation credit.

Haven't seen this mentioned lately.When your car is delivered make sure the $99 res. fee is credited toward purchase price of your car.When we took delivery in February,we mentioned to are sales person.But was not taken care of during final paper work.Called the dealer a week later to point out discrepency and they sent out a $99 refund check promptly.

With, maybe, the exception of orphans, aren't all their Smart sales derived from the $99 reservation system. How could they "forget"? A2Jack.

But of course, most dealers are probably using their own companies contract documents. On mine the deposit shows up on the line called "partial payment". Ideally if smartusa provided the contract forms, they could have the $99 deposit line pre-printed. Just curious, has anyone who bought a smart have contract paperwork that says smart or smartusa on it?
