For fans of the BBC series Absolutely Fabulous, this may not be a new scene, but while cruising their shop, they offered sample clips for viewing, including this featuring a Smart:

If the link doesn't work, go to BBC America and click on the BBC Shop. Find Absolutely Fabulous and you should see an ad for "Absolutely Everything" which is a video collection of the series. The second clip features the Smart.
