Accessories - Floor Mats, ?

I ordered smart floor mats. They came in, my wonderful spouse picked them up (has spent 0 minutes on the forum) and they had a Grey border, are the floor mats color coordinated with the interior, in this case beige? I thought I saw Tan, with specs, by smart.

Wish I could help but I just tossed some Mini mats I had sitting around in the Smart - not a perfect fit but does the job

I *think* they only offer blk with gray border plus the all weather version though, never heard of color coordinated edging unless ordered with a custom aftermarket mat company

When I bought my mats at the dealer the only option was Fabric or rubber. Both were black. I believe I have seen some in color on some of the UK sites but all were made for right hand drive cars.

In the fabric the only choice is black with gray border around the edge (I have beige int. as well). Then there is the rubber mats as well. I went ahead and got both.

www.cocomats.com has great coco and sisal floor mats available for the smart in a variety of colors. I saw a set in a ForTwo at the Charlotte Smart Center and they looked awesome.

I just bought genuine smart rubber this weekend. They have the smart emblem and are coal black. Since mine is a black interior I didn't ask if there were other colors.
The velour ones in the accessory area had a light gray piping around the edge, but those were black.

I was expecting black velour with beige piping. If I had a grey interior this would go, so am now comtemplating options. I must have remembered the smart limited one (with the tan leather interior) in my brain and my expectations were off

I bought two small black rubber floormats at Wal-Mart for 4 bucks each.
They fit fine.

My vote is for coco mats. Excellent product! These are not like the typical coco mats of the sixties. They are far better with a rubber backing which will keep them in place.
