Agressive Driving

On my way to work this morning I was just cruising along, It's a rural highway, lots of curves and hills. As I came out of a straight stretch I saw a car waiting to pull out of a driveway, as I passed it it pulled out behind me. It was a awesome looking Viper. I couldn't help myself I drove a little faster and more aggressive on the curves. Nothing dangerous, I just wanted to show him that even though my smart was small, it doesn't hold up traffic. He never even tried to pass me (which he could have easily done), it was a nice drive a red smart and a red Viper.

I know what you mean. I guess I have a bit of a competitive streak. It seems everybody has to get in front of the tiny car... grrr... sometimes it gets to me and I get more aggressive than I should.

Why is people don't understand that the smart is a CAR and it does and has everything that other cars do???

3 mods posting on a thread about agressive driving... well this should be fun.

Had H&R Springs installed on Friday.... found myself taking curves with a little more attitude today.

No I didn't cross the double yellow line.

I couldn't help but think as I was looking at that Viper in my rear view mirror............... Now if I had Jet Fuel's Brabus........... I could really show him a thing or two.

Go figure. I had an old lady in a Taurus wagon pull out in front of me on a two lane 55mph road this afternoon. Once we got into town and the speed limit lowered to 45mph I pulled over to the left lane to pass she sped up to 65mph from the 52mph she was doing in the 55mph zone!

Go figure, little old grey haired lady in a Taurus couldn't be passed by a smart. Once she saw how fast she was going once we were into town quite a bit she laid on the brakes. I even saw her look down at her speedometer when she slammed on the brakes, very funny.

Wildman, you got to experience a very rare thing. Someone who didn't feel threatened by the presence of a smart.

People pull out infront of the slow small car all the time. then, when the slow small car starts pushing a little they get upset. Not that I tail gate or anything. If you do get a chance to pass they speed up.
