I got this e-mail last night and just thought some of you would like to read it! Is this true?

smart USA has an exciting announcement to make! The very popular and sporty smart fortwo BRABUS model will make its debut in the United States beginning in February 2009, and you will have the opportunity to be one of the first customers to own this exciting vehicle.
All current reservation holders who have not yet been invited to configure their vehicles will have the opportunity to request to convert their current reservation to a smart fortwo BRABUS model beginning Thursday evening at 5pm PST, October, 23, 2008. This special offer will only be available for a limited time, and only a limited quantity of BRABUS models will be available, so be sure to check your email on Thursday, October 23, 2008, for model information, pricing and reservation instructions.

I'm not sure! It say that they will be sending a e-mail out tonight around 5 tonight to the people that will be able to config a Brabus! I will post something else tonight leting you know if I got an email!

My dealer told me just today that the Brabus model will be available in '09. I asked if that included the turbo'd engine and he said NO. The same original engine would be in it and the only Brabus adds would be all the stuff that, to most, doesn't really matter.....all the fluffy stuff that makes it cost alot more.
6 spoked wheels was one of those things and ground effects *stuff*, etc.

And be prepared to open pockets WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIde! You know....$500 worth of upgrades for only $2000 more on the sticker. (Not sure about those numbers but you get what I mean).

It is now 8:00pm and I have not gotten an email about the Brabus! Starting to think that im not going to get one! Oooo well

BRABUS Reservation Instructions
