I plan to use the Smart in NYC but I live in Melville, NY (western suffolk county, Long Island). The dealership I'm using is the smart center Smithtown. I ordered a passion coupe, black with the silver cell and a red interior. My only options were the alarm system and the extra gauges.

the '4 digit number' we are referring to are the last 4 digits of your 'reservation' number. that's all.....

The reservation number came from "noreply@smartusa.com" called «Your smart USA Reservation» is the moment your $99 deposit was entered into IB's system.
I.e.
the number: 0345901601 or 03|45|90|1601
03 = 30 seconds
45 = 54 minutes
90 = 09 hours
(all Pacific time)
into the 1601st day after Jan 1, 2004
The program started March 19, 2007 with #...1173

What I picked at time of Reservation:
Preferred Model: PASSION
Exterior Color Preference: Deep Black
Interior Color Preference: Black Leather +
Tridion Safety Cell Preference: Black

I think when I configure, will change exterior color to Blue.

It is strange some DDE's are sooner than mine, even though my res. was earlier.
Think that is due to production, Color, Leather, etc.??

Pops900 the number we speak of is the last four digits of you reservation #. By the way Jeepster 1507 here no config yet and nada from the DDE still 'Your vehicle delivery date cannot be estimated at this time'.

....did you mean "09" = 09 hours? if not, then what would "10" be? 10 hours or 01 hour?
