Any one elses Smart is Being Bullied?

Well in the last 7 days someone stole the Tire Valve Stems Caps (logo) at the Grocery Store.

Today someone dumped there Starbucks Latte all over my Smart and left the cup on top.

So do I need to burn sage around my Smart or something...

Where do you live? I'm sorry to hear that.

I have been wondering if this car is going to threaten people in a way that ends up in a reaction causing damage to a smart (which I'll be picking up Monday evening!)... Especially drunk people when they leave the bar feeling all full of "I'm a bigger man than you are" and decide they need to do something to impress their friends... and to make sure the smart knows it's not as cool as a Dodge Ram or something, they'll need to put it in it's place by tipping it, or keying it, or urinating on it, or slashing the tires, or whatever.

'm not actually expecting any of these things to happen... but I also won't be entirely surprised if it does happen one day.

WTF! I'd expect that to happen to Honda Civic owners.

I hope its not someone who ordered one and are jealous because they have not been able to get a hold of one themselves.

I live in San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles near Studio City.

I also get alot positive praise. Guess you have to take alittle bad with all the good. A friend of my who restores old Vespa's said it's not uncommon to find spit, coffee etc.. on his Vespa's. He said he is alway grateful more wasn't done.

When I took my Smart to my car wash to remove the dried Latte... they felt bad and gave me half off and put 2 cleaners on it & gave my Smart a super cleaning.

There are good people here in the "Valley".

I'm still trying to get used to being accosted in parking lots, having people honk at me on the road and want to talk about my smart. Happens every day, I'll get over it!

I won't park my smart anywhere "unsafe". such as movie theaters, bars, etc..

if i cant keep my eye on the car, i usually wont park it there. I know. Im OCD.

It's been almost all positive response for me.
However, I DID have a hostile reaction about a week ago.

Some idiot in a big Ford pickup came storming up behind me and rode my tail HARD. As I always do, I just pulled over to let him pass.

He drove past laughing at me.
I used to get angry at asses like that.
Now, I just let them go on their way.

Worst reaction I've had was someone asking if I had one for my other foot..... hahaha.
