Do not have a problem, Stay out of the left lane except while passing. Just still get some strange looks. Really when I pass a slower vehicle. Germany was a great place to drive as they know and enforce the rules, Korea and the Middle East not so much.
This was 6 lanes going in one direction and I was in the 2nd lane from the most right lane. I was in the slow lanes the jerkoff owner and king of the road truck driver had lots of lanes to work in other than the slow lane.
I got completely fed up today a tractor trailer was tailgating me for about 2 miles..................

Not trashing, just pointing out a schism: Isn't it that you don't want a psycho behind you? What's a psycho in front of you going to do, poop on the road? Unless he's *right* in front of your bumper and throwing things out the window, I'd think being behind a psycho is much safer!

You just need to learn how to have (evil) fun with the a-hole drivers -- if they tailgate you just sucker them in to a congested pack of vehicles and then use your size advantage to sneak through some openings that they can't. I don't make eye contact or even acknowledge their presence.
On the interstate, I certainly get out of the way if I'm in the left lane with no one in front of me. But if I'm in a line of traffic I have no pity on someone who tries to intimidate their way through the pack. I especially enjoy messing with the people who try to pass everyone on the right.
