www.bankofamerica.com and fill out an online application. Within minutes you'll see if you are approved and potential rates. Rates vary by state and obviously your credit is key to getting the best rates.
Note, for most transactions there is a $200 bank fee, sorry.

But rates are very competitive and in many cases, the money can be directly deposited into your account for you to write the check to the dealer. (Again, certain credit criteria must be met for this to happen.)
Final disclosure: I'm posting this for informational purposes only. As a fellow smart reserver (1173!!!) I just want to offer another option for financing.
