No and No. At least not as of yet.

There was a mention on a Youtube video about Brabus doing a version just for the US. It was mentioned that it would not have a turbo, or as much HP as the european version. Bummer.

I put in a late reservation, and I only want it to be for a Brabus or at the very least the turbo version. I already have a 2003 smart passion with the turbo, and it gets much better mileage than the 2008 models. So I want performance to go with the worse gas mileage.

Mostly due to the big increase in displacement.

The performance difference between the turbo (84hp) and NA (71hp) isn't too drastic, IMHO. A good remap, filter and exhaust will get you all that difference back (then some), plus you'll have a little money left over.

Once I blow through 24k miles I'll be seeing how far this motor can go, so expect something exciting around November (lol)
