Bruser was a bit bummed on no Bling yet, Dealer has ALL Accessories on back order (with the exception of key chains....Big Woo!, So I'm going over to Pep Boys this weeekend to see what I can find. Perhaps a large MB Emblem on a gold chain for the Rear View (G). I't good to have the FUN back in driving again.
Glad to hear no issues with power (my main concern too). How'd delivery go? Too bad about the back order on parts, sounds like we need a good mail order source who will give discounts.

Well congrats and watch out for potholes

I have a very steep 2-mile grade leading to my house. No problem at all for my little Alpine climber. I usually get behind some bogged-down 'status' car that won't get out of my way, though.

Slap 'im up..rub 'im down...oh nooo!!! It's smartie who likes ta partie in the boogie down Oaktown! I used to live in Oakland when I was a little girl when my dad was stationed at Alameda on the USS Enterprise. In fact, my little sister was born there. Enjoy Bruiser and my downhome hoodies. I assume you got a coupe because a cabrio maybe too much of a temptation for prying eyes and loose fingers. Good luck and I hope he knocks them off the block and hard. Swizzle my Nizzle! Regina

Good Team at SC-SF, I think they found an Orphan just to get Me out of the showroom (g) Delivery went OK, I got the abreviated treatment cuz I'd go in during lunch and chat and relay what I learned here, so pretty much had their Spiel down and already went through all the features countless times.

Da Hood Be Rock'n in Oakland. just wish i could think of more excuses to take Bruser out and not have the other half give me the indulget eyebrow raise. Going to tool around your old neighborhood the weekend. I'll give it a wave for you. Now just thinking of what I want to trick out first. I'll have to review your list for ideas.
Cheers, Bruser's Bud

Caution thread hijack in progress:

Regina

Too funny...bet we went to same school(s)

My dad was in Viet Nam and then stationed at Presidio SF while we lived in Oakland 67~72...I was drafted in late 72.

Our family spent a lot of time out at Alameda NAS and I got to tour the USS Enterprise a few times

My recollection as all of us Army and Navy brats got along real well

Alright...... now back to the continuing saga of Bruiser the Oakland hills terrorist!

We need a photo of Bruiser, center stage ,at the Chabot State park ampitheater....

Bruiser's Bud,
I love that you are trying to find excuses to tool around the hood. Give the hoodies something to dream about for sure. I know you are gonna trick out the sound. Blazin away with Lil Wayne, Rhianna, Chris Brown, Kanye West & Dwele. For those of you who don't know the latest hip hopsters, these kats can blow a speaker or two. Me, I'm lovin all kinds of music and I can't wait to get those extra rear speakers. Not to blast my ear drums but to give the cabrio a surround sound. Enjoy Brusin around and post some pixs in the Gallery of your baby and of you too!

Fred,
We do have a lot in common on the service side except I was only 4 when my dad went to VN. I have fond memories of yard hopping to steal fruit with my siblings and playmates. Walking through the alleys and hearing folks playing the Jackson 5 (ABC) and lighting off fire crackers during the 4ofJuly celebrations. OTown was good to us.

Ok you two...now back to our regularly scheduled topic. Enjoy the ride from your Navy Brat - former OTown Girl, Regina
