Cab roof liner is dirty

I was looking at my top today and found a dirt line in the liner right behind the seats. I know this has been talked about before and it was though the roll bar was causing the mark. I can tell you I clean the top of the roll bar every week. I think the dirt line is from the top being down and air going though it like a filter. The line is in the first fold, when the top is down, that has the loop sticking out the sides.

Just speculating, but maybe the wind deflector may help with that? I haven't noticed it with my cabrio's liner.

A friend told me it was just one of those costs of a soft top.

Trying to clean it just might make it worse unless the whole liner comes off and it can be cleaned as a whole. Then, you might be able to scotch gard it.

I just cleaned mine yesterday. I used 303 Fabric and Vinyl Cleaner on the interior as well as exterior before treating my cabrio top with 303 High Tech Fabric Guard. It works great.

I bet Spot Shot would work as well.
