Just wondering how many of the smart owners allow other people to "take it for a spin"? and what do you say to them if you don't fell like letting them?
I tell them the smart car's computer is getting used to the way I drive so I can't let them confuse it during these formative miles...and then I give them directions to the Dallas smart dealer.
If anyone had the b@lls to ask to drive my car, I'd quickly reset their expectation... "Hey, I don't ask to sleep with your wife." (Kidding.) If you want a softer approach, tell 'em that your insurance won't cover other drivers.
