Thank you so much. Im going to take a look when I shop this weekend. If they dont have it, I can use the item number and have them look it up in the other store's inventory. It looks great. Thanks for the post, and the comment.

I got one of these for our Mini a long time ago. It rocks, particularly when you want to move, say, your groceries inside quickly and it's pouring rain out.

I bought it. It's easy to find, in the auto section.

It's actually kind of clunky. It's basically three hollow rods that secure an incredibly cheap fishnet thingie, and has two large plastic end pieces. When it's opened, it really doesn't provide enough stability to hold grocery bags still. But I do like the fact that you can "close" it and push it forward, allowing you to still put stuff in front of it.

Basically, for $12.97, you get something worth $12.97. For the first few days I was just using a large clear square plastic box, and it worked fine for containing the groceries. I might just go back to that.

Now, while in Wally World, I did buy some $9 floormats, a set of four... look for the cheapies, where one of the two larger ones has a horizontal rubbery section. I cut the upper right corner off the rubbery one to account for the brake and gas pedals, and left the flap on the upper left to cover the footrest area. Seems to work okay, although I might have to tack it down...

The item number is the manufacture item number. Do you have the upc?

The bar code number for the Storagemaster Cargo Organizer which is sold in Wal-Mart is 79976 74113 2. It is made by Hopkins Manufacturing Corporation. Their main number is 620-340-8590. Their telephone number is 1-800-835-0129 for Q & A's. You can also go to www.hopkinsmfg.com.
For those who do not "par-take" at Wal-Mart, this is an alternative.
My smart is happy with the addition, no matter where it came from.

Here's another option......The Rola M.O.V.E. It's a rigid base organizer, and the large version is $44.95, with free shipping at U-Haul. It fits perfectly in the back of the smart, and covers the whole width. It has movable sections/dividers, handles on both ends for carrying, and the entire thing folds flat & straps with buckled straps for storage or easy transport. U-Haul moving supplies: ROLA? M.O.V.E.? Vehicle Organizers

I've had this since I bought my car last May, and along with the factory retractable cargo cover, it makes a perfect combination...........and no one can see what's inside your storage compartment!!

I saw that at Wal-Mart a few weeks ago and was looking closely at it wondering if it would fit. Thanks for confirming what I was wondering.

ps...while I hate Wal-Mart....doesn't stop me from going there, haven't been there for at least 2 hours.
