Is this the only cargo line that they use? My VIN doesn't show up on their site, at least yet. Got the 30 day call last week. I am in Houston so I would think that it would come into Galveston/Houston ports. Hopefully, not into an east coast port and then have to be trucked over.

Not at all! (Though most cars arriving on the East Coast did come on WW.)
I.e. check those two posts on this very thread for more information:

They are more, but I forget where...

Keep looking at:
http://www.vesseltracker.com/en/Ship...e-9293636.html

She's "[...] not in one of our covered regions at the moment.", meaning in high seas. When she gets closer to shore, then you may get something... Good luck. Enjoy. It's one thing to do while waiting.

Well, we've had our VIN for our second Smart for nearly six weeks, but it never showed up on the cargo list finder. The dealer called last night, and said it's here. We're picking it up tonight.

So, have faith, yours may show up soon. I reckon if you have a VIN at all, that's a good sign.

Try this:
http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do

Click on "Auto cargo"
Enter (copy/paste) your VIN in the "Cargo ID" box
Click "Track"
And... ?

If it says this:
«No tracking information is available for the Cargo ID you entered»
It means that your car isn't on that company's ships or hasn't been built yet. (Nicholas, that's what yours says at this time).

If your car has been loaded on one of this company's ships - the major transport for Daimler - it'll say so. To know where the ship is, click on the "Voyage:" number (XXXXX-XXX, it'll highlight itself if you are on it) and it'll tell you the ship's whereabout...

Now, if someone has other transport's links... Please, post! Thanks.
