ok, i have a rant.
i purchased 1 of the $7 yellow fat smart pens. mine has got to be about the worst ive ever used, constantly skips the ink. anybody else or am i just lucky.

can i service it? or is it dealer service only?

Unfortunately for you, there is a recall on the red and black ones, but not the yellow.

You might try to get some 'dealer goodwill', but that depends on if your dealer is really into 'customer satisfaction' or just taking customers for granted.

If your dealer either can't or won't help you, I recommend you contact Oprah Winfrey. Maybe she'll buy you a Pontiac G6 pen.....

Try changing the panels on your pen to Rally Red or Metallic Blue, it might work better...
