Check list (car overview) before i would finish buying?

I saw a list someone made a day or two ago, but i can't find it...what are the things to check before i would drive the car off the lot?

4 tires, a galon of fuel, a free bottle of water (or coffee), maybe a key chain, a small cool looking car and a big smile on your face.

Ohhh! and about 2 hours of your time listening to your rep about the car while you daydream about hitting the road and showing off your car to all those who called you crazy.
