They charged a half an hour labor because the front section needed to come partially off in order to release the clips from the existing grill frame. Removed the grill frame and snapped the new chrome one in, then put back together. The mirrors were easy. Use the wet nap provided to clean mirrors, remove the paper from the sticky tape, line up, and secure. The back piece that goes along the lip above the license plate has tape as well. Line up the best you can, because once it sticks, it's stuck, so be very careful. The fog light covers didn't come in yet , but as I understand they are tape as well. I had read on another site that somone had a warranty issue with a piece that came off and MB would only cure if installed by the dealer. I'll have to say that for plastic the quality is pretty good.
