1173 AM here, and a member of the 'Home Team'. smart center Bloomfield will be my dealer, and I live 3 miles from smartUSA HQ

Stopped by yesterday pm to check out the progress. The dealership is shaping up and looks good for on time opening. A smart employee told me on the qt that they expect to open in two weeks.

Well after dark, the parking lot at smartUSA was full, and lots of people there. Looks to me like they are working overtime to ensure that the launch goes off smoothly and on the timeline that has been promised.

Yes, on opening day, we got word that the $99 program had begun. We had earlier signed up as "insiders" to receive updates from smart USA. Now I'm glad I went for it when I did back in March!
