IMO; it sounds more like CNN and not Fox News.

They would probably say the same thing about the Mini Cooper when they did a similar test with a big BMW.

That's not the IIHS test, that's the Euro Ncap for the 450!

And one of those comments were off the wall

The reality is that the smart for two is rated POOR for the frontal offset crash test. There was a statement by an iihs tester that if they had a rating below poor it would have gotten it because the smart for two did significantly worse than the honda fit and toyota yaris which also were rated POOR.

Actually, it was just the opposite. The Yaris was rated the worst and the smart the best. And nowhere in the new IIHS videos or analysis did he say if there were a rating lower than "POOR" that he'd give one of the cars it.

Really, the real "deathtrap" here is a Hyundai Accent.
