I am amazed at the people who apparently buy the smart as their primary mode of transportation and can't figure a way to get a family of four into it for a trip to see grandma.
That might explain why I drive a fortwo and my daughter drives an Escape. She is the one who has to deal with baby seats.

Where did you hear that gbryars? It would be odd, as their current, slimmed-down, lineup is selling relatively well, at least by Suzuki standards.

The word I heard was that GN, who supplies the factory space for Suzuki (cars only) in the states, is not going to continue after this year. Granted, my info is a bit aged (from this past spring) and Suzuki may have made another deal, or will import from outside, but that was the word.

By comparing the fortwo in their ad, Kia generates more interest in smart, and longer wait times.
The vicious cycle continues!
