... still no DDE date tho

Edit: DDE is now showing as "November 2009 to January 2010"

It seems odd to me that you have no DDE, and you've already configured! I don't expect to configure for months to come, and my DDE became active just under three months after I placed my reservation.

DDE active by 10/3/2008
Not yet configured.

Maybe there is a pattern here. I'm from DFW also and reserved on 04/22/08. Got configuration email today too.
