What does how it's classed have to do with being green?

Yes it is currently only sold in california, but that will be addressed soon and nothing is stopping anyone from buying one from another state. It also will be mass produced in the next couple of months so that's not an issue either. All we're saying is that there are a
lot of green vehicles on the market, and more to come (
like the Chevy Volt) and the Smart, while being
near the top of the list is not the best. It currently makes the most sense, but that will change very soon as technology progresses
