235 Pesos, yesterday, for 24.97L @ 9.41 pesos/L. So, with the USD exchange rate at about 12/$, that makes it about $19.58 to fill up with about 6.6 US gallons. When the he|| will the USA go metric like the rest of the world and save all this figuring just for you guys?
Yikes! That means premium gasoline is at about $2.96 per gallon here; we're creeping up toward US prices!

RVGRINGO be happy

I remember back in the summer when NBC Nightly news carried a story about border town Americans especially from San Deigo were crossing the border to buy subsidized gas in Mexico for the lower price.

It showed many Mexicans protesting the Americans coming there and taking advantage of Mexico.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

Hey its not just us, the British still use the imperial Gallon and it keeps confusing MPG rating when it gets compaired to US MPG.

I find irony in the above.

The last time I filled up, it cost $27; $3.04 per gallon premium at a little over 7 gallons (I wrote it down but it is in the glove box of my little car). It was at a Shell station. I try not to tell those non-Fortwo owners what I pay for gas. They tend to look angry after I do.
